A commercial and transactions partner has left IndusLaw to re-establish his old firm and return to boutique roots.
Vivek Daswaney has left the firm to re-establish his own practice, V Law Partners, which had previously merged with DH Law Associates in 2015.
Daswaney worked as a partner at IndusLaw’s Mumbai office. He focuses on corporate transactions, employment law and real estate matters.
