Hong Kong law firm Oldham Li & Nie (OLN) and the PRC’s Watson & Band have entered into a formal association with the aim of assisting clients in mainland China, Hong Kong and globally.
Established in 1987, OLN’s practice includes corporate and commercial, dispute resolution, employment and business immigration, family and matrimonial, insolvency, insurance, intellectual property and tax advisory.
Headquartered in Shanghai with branch offices across Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Zhengzhou, Suzhou, Harbin, Lanzhou, Yantai, Chizhou as well as Tokyo, Watson & Band specialises in intellectual property, foreign and domestic investment, corporate and commercial, financial and tax, securities law, employment, insolvency and bankruptcy, wealth management and family, fair trade practice and dispute resolution.
According to OLN, the association is expected to strengthen OLN’s China legal service network and Watson & Band’s international practice.
