The Mumbai office of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has won back corporate and financial services partner Anu Tiwari from AZB & Partners, which he joined in 2016. A fintech sector specialist, Tiwari’s practice focuses on capital raising, M&A, regulatory and activism.
In Delhi, litigation partner Bharat Chugh has left L&L Partners after four years to become an independent counsel. He is experienced in white-collar crime, international arbitration and technology dispute resolution matters. Chugh had previously been an independent counsel prior to joining L&L and worked at the Delhi Judicial Services as a judicial officer.
