Bae Kim & Lee hired a new partner from rival to strengthen its capital market practice.
Jeong Hoon Lee joins the firm from Shin & Kim where he worked as a partner. He specialises in capital markets, finance (acquisition, asset, and project) and private equity. He has handled numerous notable deals including the Samsung Life and Netmarble’s IPO.
