Argus Partners has hired three new partners to strengthen its Mumbai practice.
Abeezar Faizullabhoy joins the firm from HSA Advocates where he worked as a senior partner at its Mumbai office. He focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration and brings over 26 years’ experience in the law. He was ranked as a Dispute Resolution Star for commercial and transactions disputes work in Benchmark Litigation in 2018.
Along with the hire of Faizullabhoy, the firm has also hired his team members, Shahen Pradhan and Murtaza Kachwalla. Both of them worked as an associate partner at HSA Advocates’ Mumbai office. They focus on commercial dispute resolution.
