Marianne is a Director at PK Wong & Nair, the Singapore law practice of Mayer Brown, a leading international law firm headquartered in the U.S. She is a commercially astute lawyer with over a decade of experience. She had started her law career at one of the Big 4 Singapore law firms, before moving to PK Wong & Nair, which was at that time a part of the Ernst & Young global network.

She is well-versed in sale and purchase of properties and property-holding entities, real estate development projects (full life cycle coverage), real estate financing, distressed property sales by mortgagees/ receivers/ PTIBs, digital infrastructure/ data centres (including customer contracts, service level contracts), hospitality/ living (including hotel management contracts), JTC properties, asset management contracts, and leasing/ sub-leasing arrangements. She also advises on consultancy, design and construction contracts.
Marianne's Corporate law experience includes corporate M&A, joint ventures/ shareholders agreements, corporate restructurings, and commercial B2B/ B2C contracts, in a diverse range of industries.
