• Guangzhou Yuda Electronics Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Shengbaile Electroacoustic Technology Co., Ltd.: Handled the case of utility model patent infringement against Jiangxi Chuangcheng Microelectronics Co., Ltd. and forced the Plaintiff withdraw the lawsuit and recovered the clients’ huge loss of nearly CNY 180 million.
• Living Word Shanghai and Living Word Shanghai Education Training School：Represented the client against Real Madrid Foundation and it’s Chinese partner of a patent infringement dispute. The total target amount of the 3 cases is CNY 20 million. Through attorney LIU's efforts, the compensation amount with RMF is less than one million.
• Fujian Aviation Industry Co., Ltd.: Represented the client in a land dispute appeal with Fuqing Natural Resources and Planning Bureau. Attorney LIU successfully revoked the Decision on Resumption of State-owned Construction Land Use Right made by Fuqing Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, saving the appellant's economic loss of over CNY 110 million.
