This case was highly controversial, highly adversarial, extremely difficult to represent, which makes it with great typical significance.The China International Commercial Court stated in its decision on raising this case that "this case is an international commercial case of first instance with great impact and typical significance, which is of great concern to all sectors of society, and the interests involved in the dispute are enormous, so it is appropriate for the China International Commercial Court to hear it". The China International Commercial Court very rarely formed a five-member panel to hear the case. The Supreme Court invited media reporters and the National People’s Congress deputies and legal experts to attend the trial, which was also broadcasted live online and watched by nearly 60,000 people.
