1. On behalf of China Resources Land Holdings Co., Ltd.(acquirer), through the acquisition of the equity held by Shimao Group(acquiree), to indirectly take control of the Manyunjiayuan project and Yuyuejiayuan high-end residential real estate development project (total value exceeding 3.3 billion Yuan) which located in Beijing Fenzhongsi. Our team provided legal due diligence of the target company and project, drafted equity transfer agreement, creditor's right transfer agreement and other transaction documents, and engaged in negotiations with the other party.

2. Our team provided legal service for real estate development projects under a subsidiary of the CCCC Group for more than 10 years. Such projects located in various cities all across China, whose total value exceed 10 billion yuan. Based on their different circumstances, the developing routes vary from cooperative development, entrusted construction, project mergers and acquisitions, etc. To carry out project investigations through various channels, construct an accurate targeted development plans for client, our team substantially provide legal support, policy interpretation and consultation throughout the whole process.

3. Our team advised New Qinghai Sheraton Hotel and Qinghai Financial building development and construction project whose scale of investment exceeds 2 billion since 2013, for Beijing Western Mining Construction throughout the entire process of project development, construction, and operation. It mainly includes:
(1) reviewing the bidding documents of the project;
(2) Review engineering contracts at the project construction stage;
(3) Review agreements related to management of hotel;
(4) Drafting office building leasing contracts;
(5) Issue legal opinions of the project.
Throughout the entire process of our service, with a strong legal foundation established by our team, there were no major disputes or legal risks that emerged, which brought us praises from our client.

4. Provide full process legal services for Ningbo Runming New Energy Co., Ltd. to presell a total of 1000 MW Tieling City wind power project, whose total value is 8.67 billion yuan, through pre-trasaction of equity in their subordinate enterprises.
Our team participated in the design of the strcture of such project transaction, drafting of transaction documents, and negotiation on behalf of the transferor throughout the process, and assisted both parties in reach such agreements.

5. The client Shanxi Fengguangwuxian Energy Investment Co., Ltd owns eight wind power projects in Shuozhou, Shanxi Province through itself and its affiliated companies. This transaction whose total value exceeds 3.8 billion , is intended to recover funds through the transfer of equity in the project company. The counterparty is Shanghai Power Investment and Financing and New Energy Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the State Power Investment Group.
Our team participated in the drafting and negotiation of equity transfer agreements and any other related agreements for seven enterprises corresponding to eight projects on behalf of the transferor throughout the process, and have assisted both parties in reaching and signing such agreements.
