Ian Phung

Ian leverages on his commercial experience in the banking and finance industry of many years in advising financial institutions and fintechs on various financial regulatory matters. In the funds space, he has advised clients from licensing matters to funds formation for hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital and multi-family offices. He considers it important for his area of practice to be commercially sensitive to tax, finance and operational matters.

He has advised several funds focusing on investing in digital assets, renewable energy related assets in their licensing and funds formation process.
