  • Represent a client with a claim for equitable compensation for breach of trust deed in relation to shares of a Malaysian company. An appeal was filed by the defendant to the Appellate Division of the High Court, which was subsequently dismissed. (Eller, Urs v Cheong Kiat Wah [2021] SGHC 253).
  • Represented a defendant in a claim by one of the parties to a joint venture. The claimant sued for an indemnity and damages, and alleged that the defendant had breached an exit agreement. (Choong Cher Siong Ronnie v Florensia Leovanny Liong and others [2022] SGDC 286).
  • Represented two defendants in a claim initiated by their investor for relief against minority oppression under Section 216 of the Companies Act for wrongful dilution of shares. (Lim Tong Zhen Kevryn v Cheo Jean Sheng [2022] SGHC 315).
  • Represented the appellant in an appeal against the Disciplinary Tribunal's decision in Singapore Medical Council v Dr. Ho Tze Woon [2023]. Argued that the Tribunal applied a sentencing framework designed for a different disciplinary offense from which the appellant was convicted of. Secured a reduction in the appellant's suspension from nine months to three months.
