Lam has advised a number of BOT power projects and other high profile infrastructure projects such as Nghi Son 2 BOT power project, Van Phong 1 BOT power project, Vinh Tan 1 BOT power project, Nam Dinh 1 BOT power project, Mong Duong 2 BOT power project, and some LNG-to-power projects. Lam has also assisted a number of clients in relation to their investment in, and financing to, renewable energy projects in Vietnam such as Marubeni Corporation, Banpu, Bangkok Bank, Scatec Solar, Enterprize Energy, Super Energy, BIM Group, etc. In Corporate and M&A, Lam has also involved in various foreign invested projects such as the acquisition of majority shares in Holcim Cement Vietnam by SCCC, the 100% shares acquisition in 2 groups of cement companies and Prime Group by SCG, the acquisition and development of CapitaLand’s office projects in Hanoi, Mapletree’s real estate project in Vietnam, Sumitomo Corporation’s smart city and other projects in Hanoi.
