Hardeep has been associated with several landmark M&A and private equity investment transactions in such sectors and has done some pioneering work in these areas.

  • Advised Amazon on its investment in Mynd Solutions Private Limited (which is a Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDs) company, by leading the Series A2 funding round in Mynd Solutions Private Limited and acquiring Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of Mynd Solutions Private Limited.
  • Advised Varde Partners on its investment of Rs. 1,135 Crores into Hyderabad-based Phoenix Group’s company having under-construction information technology special economic zone (IT-SEZ) at Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana, by way of subscription of non-convertible debentures.
  • Advised Xander, in inter alia structuring the redemption of the 100% of the non-convertible debentures held by Xander and exit of Xander entities from Kapstone Constructions Private Limited, a group company of the Rustomjee group;
  • Advised Michael & Susan Dell Foundation with respect to the legal aspects of launch of a private-led 'credit guarantee' product in India, to guarantee a loan portfolio aimed at improving credit access for the unserved/underserved but viable micro, small & medium enterprises;
  • Advised Model Economic Township Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, in relation to its joint venture with IndoSpace for undertaking the business of warehousing and logistics.
