Manav Nagaraj is a Partner of the firm and has been in practice since 1999.
He has experience and expertise in several local and international transactions in private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, inbound and outbound investments, debt financing, general corporate and transaction advisory matters. He has advised global funds, financial institutions, family offices, promoters and corporates across technology, fintech and financial services, healthcare, auto components, agri-biz and social impact sectors.

Manav has a particular expertise in impact and social investing in India and has also worked extensively with foundations and philanthropic organisations in grant making and patient capital social sector investing.

Manav also has expertise and experience in investment funds and has assisted in setting up several Alternative Investment Funds across Category 1, Category 2 and Category 3 in India.
