Malini Raju

Malini specializes in Real Estate transactions, conducting Due Diligences and drafting allied documents including property development agreements and construction agreements.

She has advised and drafted documentation for some of the largest investments in the Real Estate sector in India in the last few years. She regularly provides advice on property related matters to various multinational companies.

Malini also has extensive experience in Banking & Finance related transactions including Real Estate financing and Security Creation. She advises on various labour legislations, and has been involved in drafting and reviewing various Employment contracts and has also been involved in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts relating to Retail & Franchising. Malini has also assisted in drafting and negotiating various transaction documents relating to investment by foreign entities in Real Estate sectors in India.

Malini has experience in conducting cases and in this regard has appeared before the Courts, Tribunal and the Consumer Forum. She has been involved in drafting of various pleadings, petitions and applications.

She has been practicing law since 2003 and has worked with Vivek Chandy & Associates, Bangalore, before it merged its practice with AZB & Partners. She then joined their new venture, M&C Partners, Bangalore, before joining JSA in 2009.
