Ms. Liu specializes in Mergers Acquisition (domestic and cross-border), Investment and Financing, foundation and investment of PE, Initial Public Offerings. She provides legal services to clients in a wide range of industries, including automobile, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, finance, high technology and media.
