Messrs. Tuang, Chu & Co (TCC) was founded by Ryan Chu Soon Wei and Victor Tuang Geng Yong, as principal partners.

In 2021, Lau Zhong Yan joined the partnership as a Co-Managing Partner. Prior to joining the firm, Lau Zhong Yan was a partner at Chooi & Company + Cheang & Ariff, a Legal 500 Tier 1 and one of Malaysia's most established law firm. Lau Zhong Yan also leads TCC's dispute resolution practice.

In 2022, TCC was ranked by Benchmark Litigation (as a ‘Notable Firm’, in the practice area of Corporate and Commercial Disputes) and Asialaw (as a 'Notable Firm' in the practice area of Dispute Resolution).
