Represented Silverlink Resorts and Andaman Resorts against MS First Capital in a dispute related to the ordered closure of the Amanpuri hotel by the governor of Phuket in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Acted for the sellers in the successful divestment of Team-Metal to Acrotec Group, a partner of The Carlyle Group 

Represented ACT Holdings, a Singapore private property developer, in the divestment of its shares to an Asia-Pacific real estate fund manager headquartered in Singapore. 

Advised Letdo International as the purchaser on its acquisition of shares in a distributor of a Singapore target valued at $8.5 million.
