Overview

LC Lawyers is the Hong Kong member firm of EY Law. The firm has extensive experience representing private equity and venture capital firms on their investments and operations in Asia. Managing partner Rossana Chu actively advises on corporate restructuring, wealth management, insolvency and debt restructuring, venture capital investments, as well as on legal and regulatory compliance matters in relation to Hong Kong-listed companies. Kareena Teh, a dispute resolution partner, left the firm this year.
