Nasoetion & Atyanto was established in June 2013 by Nadia Nasoetion and Genio Atyanto. Recent case highlights:

• Representing PT Bank Permata Tbk in its rights issue for the amount of approximately USD770 million.
• Representing PT Ulima Nitra Tbk, a mining services contractor, in its initial public offering for the amount of approximately Rp.76 billion, which new shares were acquired by the public investors and used as the conversion of loan of an institutional lender (the first public offering which was carried out using the electronic system in Indonesia).
• Representing PT Bank Permata Tbk in its integration with Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Indonesia branches, which transaction involving (i) issuance of USD700 million Additional Tier-1 Subordinated Notes to Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited; and (ii) receipt of USD765 million advance capital payment from Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited.
• Representing PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk in its debts restructuring in the total amount of approximately Rp.9.4 trillion by conversion of the debts into shares and mandatory convertible bonds conducted through non-preemptive rights issue.
• Representing PT Investree Radhika Jaya, a peer-to-peer lending company, in its Series B Round Investment led by SBI Holdings and joined by Mandiri Capital, Persada Capital, Endeavor Catalyst, 9F Fintech Holdings and Kejora Ventures.
