Melli Darsa & Co., Advocates & Legal Consultants (MDC), is changing its name to PwC Legal Indonesia, effective 19 January 2023.

Eddy Rintis, PwC Indonesia Territory Senior Partner, said, “MDC joined PwC's global network of firms in 2017. I have seen and experienced the tangible contribution MDC has made to clients and the community by providing a competitive advantage and the reach of a global network of professional services. I am also proud to see the growth in its business and how MDC is expanding to become more aligned to support industry growth of PwC.”

PwC Legal Indonesia continues to provide consulting and legal services to stakeholders. In connection with this name change, all matters related to activities, including but not limited to operational activities, internal and external legal relations, correspondence, will all be carried out by and on behalf of PwC Legal Indonesia.

PwC Legal Indonesia’s consulting and legal services cover commercial and corporate restructuring, mergers and business development, employment, entity governance and compliance, and inward investment and corporate services. PwC Legal Indonesia, as part of the global network of PwC firms, will always work together with other law firms in the PwC global network in providing a complete range of industry-focused services, including in the areas of assurance/audit, tax and legal services, financial advice, and business consulting.
