The Delhi office of HSA Advocates has hired Madhumita Kothari as a dispute resolution partner. She joins from her own independent practice which she established in 2018, Juris International. Prior to this, she was a senior partner at Law Offices of India for over a decade.

Kothari holds a PhD and has lectured regularly on law at the Institute of Foreign Trade, which is run by the country’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

The new partner focuses on commercial disputes, with expertise in the aviation, infrastructure, insurance, retail and shipping industry sectors.

Her wide experience will augment our capabilities in advising our clients across different industry sectors.”
