Dian Swastatika Sentosa (DSS), part of the Indonesian conglomerate Sinar Mas Group, agreed to sell 75% of three thermal power plants in the country to a Chinese state-owned energy company. The seller was assisted by Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung.

The introduction of the Chinese strategic partner aims at expanding its business portfolio and strengthen its tie with other power business players in the market.

Senior counsel Matthew Goerke led the HBT team on all aspects of the transaction. He was supported by Andrew Gadd, Renny Soependi and Paskalia Deviani.
