Lam has also assisted a number of clients in relation to their investment in renewable energy projects in Vietnam such as Scatec Solar, Super Energy, Vientos, IMPSA, etc. In Corporate and M&A, Lam has also involved in various foreign invested projects such as the acquisition of majority shares in Holcim Cement Vietnam by SCCC; the 100% shares acquisition in 2 groups of cement companies and Prime Group by SCG; the acquisition and development of CapitaLand’s office projects in Hanoi; and Sumitomo Corporation’s smart city and other projects in Hanoi.
