Important transactions on which he has advised include: the financing of $800 million by a group of Korean financial institutions for the Keangnam Landmark Tower, the tallest building in Vietnam; the first domestic syndication of $225 million by Vietnamese banks, led by PVFC, for an offshore energy investment project; and, the issue of $200 million high-yield bonds listed on the SGX-ST by Vingroup.
Hung's practice also covers advising clients on day-to-day operational issues and syndicated and bilateral financings. His clients include Citibank NA, Mizuho Corporate Bank, Bank of Tokyo and Mitsubishi UFJ, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, CIMB Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, and Standard Chartered Bank. He assisted in developing and drafting the blueprint for transaction contracts and security documents for several of the above named banks as well as several large domestic banks.
