Career highlights: Mr Chernov was admitted to the District of Columbia Bar Association in Washington, D.C. after graduating from Georgetown University Law Center in 1986. Subsequently, over the following 30 years, Daniel gained extensive international legal experience in the U.S. (Washington, D.C.), Japan (Tokyo), Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) and Thailand (Bangkok). While generally focusing his legal practice on foreign direct investment in Asia, Mr Chernov developed expertise in resolving international business conflicts through civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution (arbitration, mediation, and negotiation).
In 2011, following a quarter-century of international legal representation, Mr Chernov established Siam ADR. He soon developed the firm's reputation as market leader in civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution services in Thailand. Siam ADR regularly practises before the American Arbitration Association (International Centre for Dispute Resolution), the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI), and Thai civil courts. The firm has secured favourable judgments and lucrative settlements against numerous multinationals and Fortune 500 companies (and the 'big name' laws firms which represent them).
Siam ADR is dedicated to practising law the old-fashioned way – based upon integrity, sound legal analysis, and decades of international legal experience.
