Aseem's experience includes advising large Indian and multinational corporate houses on tax matters, including international tax, inbound and outbound investment structuring, and cross-border tax issues. He has represented clients on tax litigation matters before various appellate fora. He advises private clients on a range of matters such as estate planning, family governance, succession and asset holding structures.
