Notable representations include: counsel to Nippon Steel in the first China global steel safeguard investigation; counsel to Draka Europe and America in an antidumping investigation of optical fiber imports, counsel to DSM Europe and America in an antidumping investigation of caprolactam imports; counsel to Wacker Chemical in an antidumping & countervailing investigation on polysilicon imports; counsel to a Western Digital under a global merger review by China Antitrust Authority; counsel to a Toshiba under a global merger review by China Antitrust Authority; counsel to Nissan North America for new shipper review for its automobile imports subject to China antidumping and countervailing duty; and, counsel to the Government of China in the first and a couple of other countervailing investigations by foreign governments.
