Representing Restaurant Brands in legal proceedings concerning employee statutory minimum entitlements brought by the labour inspector from the Employment Relations Authority. This case was earmarked in 2019 as a case of interest by the employment court.
Representing GEA Process Engineering in long running proceedings at the Employment Relations Authority against a former employee for breaching his employment duties.
