Withers KhattarWong hires Jonathan Kok from RHTLaw Taylor Wessing as a partner for Technology and Intellectual Property practice as part of Withers Tech’s expansion in Asia.
Kok was the head of IP and Technology practice at the previous firm and he will be joined by his team including Joyce Lee and Eileen Ng.
Kok has more than two decades of experience advising clients from registration, protection, commercialization of their IP and tech assets to data protection, cross-border transfer of technology across sectors including life sciences, technology, media and entertainment, and education.
