Banking and finance specialist Joseph Jimmy has joined the Mumbai office of Trilegal from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where he had been a partner since 2013. His practice focuses on asset and structured finance, debt capital markets and debt restructuring.
Jimmy will join Trilegal officially in early 2020. Prior to his tenure at Cyril Amarchand, he worked at a UK-based law firm and with ICICI Bank.
