IndusLaw has hired partner Ranjana Adhikari for its TMT practice based in Mumbai. Adhikari is a media, entertainment and gaming specialist, and she joins from Nishith Desai Associates.
Adhikari regularly advises on media, entertainment, gaming, IP, technology and internet community lifestyle (ICL) matters. Her clients include new media, broadcasting, digital rights, social media platform and film company players.
In additional to transactional and licensing work in the TMT space, she also advises on domestic litigation and arbitration across a range of sectors and industries, including media and entertainment.

In another lateral move, Link Legal India Law Services has boosted its specialty in healthcare, life sciences and agriculture with the hiring of associate partner Pradnesh Warke in Mumbai. He joins from his own independent practice of six months and prior to this, did in-house roles at Wind World India and Medtronic since 2014.
Warke specialises in the life sciences and healtchare sectors, particularly in medical devices. He advises on litigation, strategy, corporate advisory and compliance.
