Global Law Office has recently hired corporate and M&A experts Philip Zhang and Tony Zhang as partners in its Shanghai office. The firm’s Shenzhen office also adds capital market lawyer Haojia Zhuang as a partner.
Joining from AllBright Law Offices, Philip Zhang’s practice covers corporate and M&A, domestic and foreign bonds issuing, private funds and equity investments. He is experienced in advising multinationals on foreign direct investments and M&A matters across a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, consumer goods and services and real estate.
Also joining from AllBright where he was a senior associate, Tony Zhang specialises in corporate and M&A, merger control filing, issuing of bonds in and outside China markets and employment matters.
Zhuang’s practice areas include capital market, corporate M&A and private equity, with a particular focus in the biomedicine, medical equipment, real estate and new energy sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Zhuang was a partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm.
