Career highlights: Since joining SSEK in 2001, Denny Rahmansyah has been deeply involved in major transactions related to cross-border M&A and project financing. He is particularly involved in the real estate and natural resources sectors.
Denny recently led the SSEK team advising Daewoo International Corporation in connection with a $210 million funding for the expansion of copper cathode plants in Indonesia’s Maluku province. He represented Hongkong Land in the establishment of a joint venture with Astra International to develop residential and commercial towers in Jakarta in a $600 million property project, and advised Pacific Century Premium Developments on the development of an office tower in one of Jakarta’s prime business districts.
Denny received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Indonesia and earned his LLM in international economic and business law from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands (2009). He attended the Academy of American and International Law in Dallas, Texas, in 2007.
Denny is a member of the Association of Indonesian Legal Consultants and the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi).
