Mr. Regala is involved in civil and commercial litigation, criminal cases. He has successfully handled the litigation of a variety of court and administrative cases from the lower courts and/or quasi-judicial bodies up to the Supreme Court. He acts as counsel for a variety of clients from individual magnates to institutional corporate clients.

Was successful in obtaining a reversal of the judgment award of the trial court and Court of Appeals amounting to around One Billion Pesos against our client, Chevron Philippines Inc., on appeal with the Supreme Court. Obtained a favourable decision in the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission of a monetary award amounting to around Php19.5 M for the owner of a building, an international religious organization, which is pending appeal. Obtained a favourable outcome for our client Betonbau Philippines, Inc. when the respondent decided to enter into a compromise agreement on the terms of its payments of our client’s claims amounting to around Php55,000,000.00, during the construction arbitration proceedings.
