Six lawyers have joined the partnership of Zaid Ibrahim & Co, the Malaysian member of ZICOLaw, the regional legal network. The new partners are in the practice areas of corporate, commercial, competition, human capital & employment and litigation.

Cynthia Junavence represents local and international corporate clients on a wide range of employment advisory and litigation matters.  She advises on matters relating to, for example, employee share option schemes, and drafting and reviewing employment contracts and employee handbooks and policies. Her litigation work in this area also covers defending local corporations against unjust dismissal claims before the Industrial Court and undertaking judicial review proceedings before the High Court of Malaya as well as in appellate matters before the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court.

Evon Goh represents banking litigation for clients of local and international financial institutions, major corporations, statutory bodies and local authorities and advises on claims and disputes in a wide range of fields including corporate and commercial disputes, banking, insolvency, debt recovery and contractual matters.

Nadarashnaraj a/l Sargunaraj, or Raj, advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including competition, distribution and dealerships, electronic commerce transactions, direct sales, personal data protection, consumer protection, franchise, and M&A.

Maizani bin Abdullah has extensive experience in handling civil matters in different levels of courts. He also advises on general litigation matters for the banking and finance institutions.
