Minter Ellison has hired Con Boulougouris and Wissam Abwi from Norton Rose Fulbright as partners in its M&A practice in Sydney.
Boulougouris specialises in M&A transactions and strategic joint ventures, representing Australian and foreign corporates in their outbound and inbound investments.
Abwi’s practice focuses on M&A, capital partnerships and joint ventures for clients in the real estate sector including North American pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, Asian listed property groups and conglomerates, foreign and domestic listed and unlisted REITs, and ASX 100 real estate groups.
