New Zealand listens to tax report

New Zealand's prime minister has unveiled plans to reform the country's tax system just three weeks after a working group told the government that drastic change was needed.

Last week John Key's opening speech to parliament proposed tax reforms for 2010 that echoed part of the findings of a report by the Victoria University-based Tax Working Group.
