GCL-Poly Energy has acquired a 70.19% controlling stake in Konca Solar for Rmb854.1 million (US$125.1 million).

GCL-Poly Energy was advised by a team from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer led by China managing partner Teresa Ko.
