Taiwanese technology company HannStar Display has signed a patent cross-licensing agreement with Korean rival LG Display, according to a filing at the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
The agreement relates to thin film transistor LCD technology, takes effect retroactively from January 1 this year and will be in place until December 2013.
