Ashurst has hired Lina Lee as a corporate partner in its Hong Kong office.

Lee joins the firm from Clifford Chance where she specialised in corporate finance, including M&A and equity capital markets work, acting for banks and corporate clients.

She joins the Hong Kong law practice of Ashurst carried on by its affiliate Jackson Woo & Associates.
