Clifford Chance has represented Airbus on a joint venture with a group of Chinese industrial partners for a manufacturing centre in Harbin.
The factory will produce composite material parts and components for several Airbus aircraft.
The Chinese partners are Harbin Aircraft Industry, Hafei Aviation Industry, Avichina Industry & Technology and Harbin Development Zone Heli Infrastructure Development.
The Clifford Chance team was led by Kelly Gregory of the firm’s Shanghai office. Jia Yuan Law Firm also acted on the deal.
