DLA Piper has advised China Everbright on its US$32.1 million listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange of Strong Petrochemical, which trades crude oil and petroleum products. China Everbright was Stong Petrochemical’s sponsor and underwriter.
DLA’s team was led by Hong Kong-based corporate finance partner Esther Leung.
