Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison has advised Hong Kong-based media group, MIH China (Mauritius) in closing an equity investment to form a joint venture with ADPG Media, a Chinese print media company based in Anhui.
ADPG holds a 63% equity stake in the joint venture, with MIH holding 37%. Paul Weiss’ team was led by Beijing-based partner Jeanette Chan. The Anhui-based Chengyi Law Firm represented ADPG.
